Lyrics - Two Mules

TWO MULES

© DANA FITZSIMMONS 1998

Two mules down the road

They carry there their awkward load

The flies they buzz around

Make there their buzzing sound

Two mules look like sin

gender entering in

The comic twisted grin

Coats not dapple gray

You can’t say that they wanted to move

Two mules dig in hooves

stand as stones in the road

stand as stones in the road

Two mules down the road - Both you have to goad

Steering is a drag- both you have to flag

Two mules stand unflawed- Genuine frame of mind

Two of a kind - Left on your mind

Left on your mind

You can’t say that they wanted to move

Two mules dig in hooves

stand as stones in the road

stand as stones in the road

Two mules in the road - Two mules in the road

Decide to have a rest - No more plodding west

Two mules stand unflawed - under the shade of willows

Under the cloudy billows - The giddy feet it goes

So slow - the by the nose

You can’t say that they wanted to move

Two mules dig in hooves

stand as stones in the road

stand as stones in the road

I have worked at several different temporary jobs and have been employed for many years in a few different government positions while striving to create the artistic end productions I have on this site.

I will be adding more artworks. History for this site is between 1975 and 2018 for now about Painting, Drawing, Lyrics and such.
